IMEs Bachat 10 Lakh campaign concludes; Brijesh Kumar Yadav wins fixed deposit account with Rs

IME Ltd. marked an end of remittance industry’s biggest consumer promotion campaign for the year “IME Bachat 10 Lakh” on 19th November, 2015 with the live bumper lucky draw for the bumper prize making Mr. Brijesh Kumar Yadav with ICN 90678571310 the winner of a fixed deposit account with Rs. 10 lakhs to be maintained at Global IME Bank Ltd. Mr. Yadav currently working in Malaysia had remitted money to his family in Nepal during the campaign period.
Amid a special function held at Hotel Annapurna, IME Executive Chairman Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal, IME Executive Director Mr. Hem Raj Dhakal and IME’s brand ambassadors Ms. Deepashree Niraula and Mr. Deepak Raj Giri conducted the software based bumper lucky draw that generated the winner randomly from the pool of customers remitting to and within Nepal for the period of 60 days of the campaign i.e. Ashoj 1st, 2072 – Kartik 30th, 2072. The draw was conducted amidst a program marked by the presence of media personalities and invited dignitaries. Winner Yadav had made a transaction from Malaysia on 10th November 2015 and had remitted NPR Rs. 99,271 and Ms. Shanti Yadav had received the money through IME agent Western Development Bank Ltd. Kapilbastu Branch.
Total of 60 IME customers who had sent money to their relatives in Nepal had won savings account with Rs. 5,000/- deposit in daily lucky draws and 9 had won savings account with Rs. 50,000/- deposit in weekly lucky draws during the campaign period. The winners are from various countries where IME has its network including Qatar, UAE, India, Malaysia, among others. The names of all the winners have been published at the company’s official website www.imeremit.com.np and official fb page www.facebook.com/imeremit .
