IME provides financial assistance to robbery victim

IME has provided financial assistance of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) to Hemraj Acharya, branch in-charge of Arun Impex, an IME agent based in Ratnanagar, Chitwan for further treatment who was assaulted and badly injured by a gang of robbers in broad day light last September. The check was handed over to Acharya by IME Executive Chairman Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal amid a program here at IME Complex, Panipokhari, Kathmandu. Speaking after the function, Mr. Dhakal wished for Acharya's speedy recovery, denounced the act of crime and urged authorities to ensure safe and secure environment for businesses to operate.

This comes as part of IME’s social initiative governed by its four-pillar CSR philosophy covering Health & Safety, Community Giving, Environment and Education.
