IME Ltd., Global IME Bank and LT Enterprises jointly felicitate international mountaineer Mr. Sanjay Pandit with Rs. 100,000

IME Ltd., Global IME Bank Ltd. and IME Automotive have jointly felicitated mountaineer and ultra-runner Mr. Sanjay Pandit by handing over a cheque of Rs. 100,000. The cheque was handed over to him amid a special program which marked the presence of IME Group’s Executive Chairman Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal, IME’s Managing Director Mr. Hem Raj Dhakal, IME’s CEO Mr. Suman Pokharel, Global IME Bank Ltd.’s CEO Mr. Anil Gyawali and Mr. Sandeep Agrawal, Director of LT Enterprises which is the automobile wing of IME Group and the authorized distributor for Ashok Leyland.

Speaking at the program, Chairman Mr. Dhakal praised Mr. Pandit for his bravery and congratulated him on successfully conquering mountains in the past. Mr. Dhakal also added that his endeavors have helped take Nepal to the world and his efforts should be recognized and supported by all. The team wishes for Mr. Pandit’s success in his future expedition to conquer mountains around the world.

Mr. Pandit has successfully scaled world’s highest peak Mt. Everest, world’s eighth highest peak Mt. Manaslu, Europe’s highest peak Mt. Elbrus and highest mountains of Japan and America. He has in the past successfully hoisted IME’s flag on top of Mt. Everest and other peaks conquered by him. Mr. Pandit has reverse scaled Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa and Mt. Kosciuszko in Australia and holds numerous records in his name for mountain climbing. He is on an expedition to scale seven highest peaks of seven continents. He is on a quest to conquer Mt. Vinson in Antarctica in the near future.
