IME introduces IME Customer Card and Bonus Point Scheme

IME Ltd. has introduced IME Customer Card for its remittance customers effective from Ashad 1st 2071.

IME Customer Card is a membership card aimed at identifying, registering and rewarding IME's remittance customers with a help of a web-based customer enrollment and database application the company has developed in-house. Card, available at IME Centers – IME's exclusive franchise network across the country free of cost, can be obtained by filling up the standard customer enrollment form and submitting it to the IME Center counter staff along with the customer's citizenship copy and a passport sized photo. Once a customer gets enrolled and avails the customer card, s/he can carry out his/her international receive or domestic send and receive transactions without any hassle of providing his/her identification documents. This reduces transaction processing time thereby saving time for the customers.

Further, in order to encourage the customers to carry out transactions using IME Customer Card, the company has also introduced a bonus point scheme wherein based on the value and frequency of transactions made using the card, customers will be earning bonus points. Accumulation of specified bonus points over will be making them eligible to win attractive prizes like Dish Home Smart STBs, Samsung Galaxy Trend Mobiles, IFB Microwave Ovens and Samsung 32'' LED TVs through lucky draws to be held monthly for 6 months from the launch date.
