IME Customers Special Week concludes

IME's customer centric promotional campaign IME Customers' Special Week initiated from February 19 has ended with resounding success. Organized in honor of its customers, IME Customers' Special Week campaign helped IME to delight each of its customer coming at all IME agent outlets with assured gifts, exquisite hospitality, fine ambience and a differentiated service.

More than 100,000 customers received freebies from all agent outlets and around 50,000 customers of IME received Ncell SIM worth Rs 99 talk time for free on each transaction made at IME Centers and other private agent outlets across Nepal during the campaign period.

IME agent outlets across the country had a splendid decoration during the week along with each IME Center even having a dedicated lady customer service representative deputed to greet and assist each customer coming to avail remittance services – all aimed at creating a pleasant experience to each customer. Moreover, IME brand ambassadors Deepak Raj Giri and Deepa Shree Niraula also took their part in celebrating the week. The duo gave surprise visits at few IME outlets in Kathmandu and handed gifts to the customers and interacted with them.

IME would like to thank all IME agents including partner banks/FIs for extending tremendous support and kudos to each IME staff member from Nepal and overseas for doing their bit in making this campaign a grand success.
