IME Celebrates Fagu with Maya Ghar Children

IME Ltd. celebrated Fagu with the children of Maya Ghar, an orphanage situated at Kuleshwor, Kathmandu. The event which was organized on Saturday, 15th March, was a CSR initiative of the company. Organized with the theme – “Spreading Happiness through the Colors of Fagu”, the main objective of the event was to share moments of happiness with the underprivileged children of the orphanage.

During the event, the children enjoyed playing colors with IME team and also enjoyed a buffet lunch arranged by the company. The company also donated utility items, study and sports materials for the children of the orphanage. A brief cultural program was also arranged and the children of the orphanage got a chance to show their talents in singing and dancing. The entire event was filled with excitement and fun and there was happiness on the face of each and everyone present there. The smile on the face of each child was evidence that the objective of the event was duly met. Maya Ghar is an independently run orphanage with 25 children of different age groups.

This comes as part of IME’s social initiative governed by its four-pillar CSR philosophy covering Health & Safety, Community Giving, Environment and Education.
