IME and Ncell launch first of its kind co-branding campaign

IME and Ncell have launched a co-branded consumer promotion campaign with a strapline "IME Garaun Ncell SIM upahaar swarup paaou" with the onset of the New Year 2070. During this two month long campaign, all IME customers coming to IME agent outlets in the months of Baishakh and Jestha to avail remittance services will receive a customized co-branded SIM pack termed "Ncell IME Pack" containing a SIM card having Re 1 main balance and Rs 24 bonus balance, as a freebie.
The co-branded SIM is available at all 76 IME Centers and more than 1000 IME private agent outlets across Nepal and at select banks/FIs under IME network. The customers will have to bring a copy of citizenship card or passport or driving license along with a passport sized photo in order to get the Ncell IME Pack from IME agent counter.
This is possibly the first ever strategic brand partnership between one of Nepal's leading remittance operators and telecom service providers in which both the companies have joined hands with an aim to offer customers with a value-added benefit proposition. IME and Ncell expect to create a synergistic impact through this campaign on overall customer value and experience by leveraging significant competencies of one another in terms of distribution network, reach, product development capabilities and competitive brand advantages among others.
